Each fellowship typically lasts 3 to 6 months. At the end of the fellowship, you can choose to hire your fellow at no additional cost or not with no penalty. As one fellow rolls off, Growth Vantage seamlessly replaces them with a new candidate to maintain momentum and continuity.
